Oracle Eloqua authentication

Prerequisites

To be able to create a connection with Oracle Eloqua, you need the following CX Marketing credentials for your associated account:

  • Company Name
  • Username
  • Password

You can find these exact values in the welcome email.

Add the Oracle Eloqua connection

To create a connection to your Oracle Eloqua instance, you need to perform the following steps:

  1. Select Integration Service from Automation CloudTM.

  2. From the Connectors list, select OracleEloqua.

You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.

  3. Select the Add connection button.

Note: A user cannot create more than one connection from UiPath within a span of 60 seconds. This is a limitation while creating an OAuth 2.0 connection to Oracle Eloqua.
  4. You are now redirected to the Oracle Eloqua sign in page. Select Login.

  5. Enter your CX Marketing credentials for your associated account and select Sign In.

  6. You are informed that UiPath for Eloqua has requested permission to access Oracle Eloqua on your behalf. Select Sign In.

  7. Next, select Accept.

  8. Your connection has been added.

For updated information and more details regarding Oracle Eloqua visit the Getting started with Oracle Eloqua page.

In case you want to create a private app and use the BYOA authentication, follow the below steps:
