Freshdesk events

The Freshdesk connector supports the following predefined events:

  • Ticket Raised
  • Ticket Updated

The connector also supports the following events on the Tickets object:

  • Record created
  • Record updated

Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, see the Triggers documentation.
