About the Zendesk connector
Zendesk is a cloud-based help desk management solution offering customizable tools to build customer service portal, knowledge base and online communities.
The solution offers a customizable front-end portal, live chat features and integration with applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics. Zendesk allows you to manage your incidents, priorities, statuses, users, etc. across multiple Help Desk Elements.
Before automating processes, you need to establish a connection with your Zendesk instance. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Zendesk authentication page.
The Zendesk connector supports events via polling. More information about the events supported for the Zendesk connector is available in the Zendesk events page.
You can use the connection to enable the Zendesk activities in UiPath Studio and build automations that interact with your Zendesk data. These activities allow you to execute create, read, update, and delete operations on your Zendesk objects.
