GetResponse authentication

Prerequisites

Depending on the authentication type you select, you need one of the following credentials:

  • OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code and Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: Client ID and Client secret.
  • API Key: API key.

For more information about authentication, see the GetResponse documentation.

If you want to create a private OAuth 2.0 application, follow the steps described in Registering your own application from the GetResponse documentation.

Add the GetResponse connection

  1. Select Integration Service from Automation CloudTM.

  2. From the Connectors list, select GetResponse. You can also use the search bar to find the connector.
  3. Select the Add connection button.

  4. You are now redirected to the connection page. You can choose between three authentication types: OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code, API Key, or Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app.

  5. Enter the required credentials for the preferred authentication type.
  6. Select Connect.

  7. Your connection has been added.

Scopes and permissions

You can use the connection to enable the GetResponse activities in UiPath Studio to build automations for list, contact, newsletter management. The various permission-based use cases that can be achieved are as follows:
Scope/permissionUse caseActivity
NULL

No scopes are requested explicitly in the OAuth app. GetResponse provides the entire access to the APIs as per the user access in the UI.
