About the Freshdesk connector
Freshdesk is a customer support software that helps manage tickets, automate responses, and streamline customer interactions.
This connector is currently in preview.
Before automating processes, you need to establish a connection with your Freshdesk instance. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Freshdesk authentication page.
This connector supports events via polling. More information about the events supported is available in the Freshdesk events page.
You can use the connection to enable the Freshdesk activities in UiPath Studio.
