Zoho Mail authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

  • OAuth 2.0 Authorization code: Environment, Scope, ZohoMail email address and password.
  • Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: Client ID, Client secret, Environment, Scope.

To learn how to create an OAuth application and retrieve the necessary credentials, see the OAuth 2.0 User Guide in the Zoho API documentation.

Add the Zoho Mail connection

  1. Select Integration Service from Automation CloudTM.

  2. From the Connectors list, select Zoho Mail. You can also use the search bar to find the connector.
  3. Select the Connect to Zoho Mail button.
  4. Enter the required credentials.
  5. Select Connect.

  6. Enter your one-time password, if two-factor authentication is enabled for your account.
  7. Select Log in.
  8. Your connection has been added.
