1 All Integration Service connectors released to Automation Cloud are generally expected to be available in Automation Cloud Public Sector, in alignment with the established feature deployment calendar. There are, however, specific exceptions.
Why is there a difference in the connectors available between Automation Cloud and Automation Cloud Public Sector?
Some connectors require explicit vendor approval before they can be added to the UiPath Integration Service catalog. While most vendors accept UiPath’s existing application approvals, others require UiPath to create and register new applications specifically for the Public Sector environment. Because this process involves third-party approval, it may take additional time and is not entirely within UiPath control. These connectors will become available in the Public Sector offering once the necessary approvals are obtained.
Why am I not seeing license consumption in Automation Cloud Public Sector?
License consumption reporting is currently being implemented for the Public Sector environment. We are actively working on enabling this feature. In the meantime, if you have questions regarding licensing or API call consumption, contact your dedicated account manager for assistance.
Why don’t certain connectors support FedRAMP-specific domains or URLs?
Not all third-party applications are FedRAMP-certified. For applications that are certified but do not yet display a dedicated authentication option for FedRAMP-specific domains, UiPath is in the process of adding this capability. If this requirement is urgent, please inform your dedicated account manager so we can prioritize it accordingly.
