Zendesk is a cloud-based help desk management solution offering customizable tools to build customer service portal, knowledge base and online communities.
The solution offers a customizable front-end portal, live chat features and integration with applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics. Zendesk allows you to manage your incidents, priorities, statuses, users, etc. across multiple Help Desk Elements.
Before automating processes, you will need to establish a connection with your Zendesk instance. Step-by-step instructions on how to do that are available in our Authentication guide.
You can use the connection to enable the Zendesk Activities in Studio to build automations that interact with your Zendesk data. This allows you to access Create, Read, Update, Delete, List and Search capabilities for your Zendesk objects.
The Zendesk Connector supports events via Polling. Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default.
The default 5 minutes interval for polling is not configurable.
