Oracle Eloqua Authentication

To authenticate with Oracle Eloqua, you will need the CX Marketing credentials for the associated account.

  1. In the Connectors tab of the Integrations window, click the Add Connection button.
  2. Now click on Login.
  3. Enter your Company Name, Username, and Password. You will find these exact values in the welcome email. You will be informed that UiPath for Eloqua has requested permission to access Eloqua on your behalf.
  4. Click on Sign In.
  5. Click Accept. The connection should now be successfully established.

One user cannot create more than one connection from UiPath within a span of 60 seconds. This is a limitation while creating an OAuth 2.0 connection to Oracle Eloqua

The above steps were originally documented on the Oracle website on November 29, 2021. For updated information and more details regarding Oracle Eloqua visit the Getting started with Oracle Eloqua page.
