To create a connection to your Freshservice instance, you will have to provide the following credentials:
- API key
When you create a support portal with Freshdesk, you will be assigned a domain.freshdesk.com URL by default. Copy the domain part from your URL and paste it into its corresponding field when establishing a connection.
To retrieve your API key you will have to:
- Login to your Support Portal
- Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal
- Go to Profile settings Page
- Your API key will be available below the Delegate Approvals section to your right
