Act! 365 cloud based customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing solution designed primarily for small & midsized businesses. It provides essential customer management, email marketing, sales acceleration tools and allows users to manage prospects, lead data, contact details, potential opportunities, track interactions and take down notes–all from a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple systems.
Before automating processes, you will need to establish a connection with your Act! 365 instance. Step-by-step instructions on how to do that are available in our Authentication guide.
You can use the connection to enable the Act! 365 Activities in Studio to build automations that interact with your Act! 365 data. This allows you to access Create, Read, Update, Delete, Search and List capabilities for your Act! 365 objects.
The Act! 365 Connector supports events via Polling. Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default.
The default 5 minutes interval for polling is not yet configurable.
