Monitoring

The Webhook trigger and its unique URL are created when the workflow is published to Orchestrator.

You can then perform monitoring through:

1. Integration Service trigger: the Event monitoring section on the trigger displays actual events received from the vendor and their webhooks. These are real-time updates. When an event is received and defined, filtering is applied on the incoming payload and Integration Service triggers the assigned process through Orchestrator. The trigger history will show Successful when Orchestrator accepts the event.

2. Process monitoring in Orchestrator: in the Processes dashboard you can find the exact status for the job that was triggered by the event. The available logs address the execution of your attempted process execution and activities within.
