Zoho Desk events

The Zoho Desk connector supports the following predefined events:
  • Ticket closed
  • Ticket created
  • Ticket updated

The connector also supports the following events on various objects (accounts, contacts, products, tickets):

  • Record created
  • Record updated

All events are automatically accessible under the Wait for an Event and Resume activity for your long-running workflows. For details, see Long-running workflows with Integration Service activities.

Event polling is performed every 5 minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, see the Triggers documentation.
