Correctif de récupération du stockage

Description

Pour garantir des performances élevées et éviter les pannes, nous optimisons le stockage du cluster pour Automation Suite en récupérant le stockage inutilisé. Cependant, parfois, une partie du stockage activement utilisé peut être récupérée, ce qui entraîne un impact sur le service pour les clusters multi-nœuds et une éventuelle perte de données pour les clusters à nœud unique.

Les versions suivantes sont affectées par ce problème :

  • 2021.10.3 vers 2021.10.10
  • 2022.4.8 et versions antérieures
  • 2022.10.7 et versions antérieures
  • 2023.4.2 et versions antérieures

Solution

Pour vous assurer que le stockage utilisé activement sur les nœuds n’est pas récupéré par Automation Suite, exécutez le script suivant :

Exécution du script :

Pour exécuter le script, procédez comme suit :

  1. Copiez le script dans l’un des nœuds du serveur d’Automation Suite et nommez-le storageReclamationPatch.sh.
  2. Modifiez les autorisations pour rendre le script exécutable :
    chmod 755 storageReclamationPatch.sh
  3. Exécutez le script :
    1. Assurez-vous que les scripts sont activés afin que l’exécution et la sortie du script puissent être capturées dans un fichier journal. En cas de problème, cela aidera notre équipe d’assistance à diagnostiquer le problème.
    2. Pour démarrer le programme de script et exécuter le script de correctif, exécutez la commande suivante :

      script storageReclamationPatch.log ./storageReclamationPatch.sh

  4. Utilisez la commande exit pour quitter le script et générer le fichier journal storageReclamationPatch.log. Si vous rencontrez des problèmes au cours de cette étape, partagez-les avec notre équipe d’assistance.

Remarque :
Le script ne doit être exécuté que sur un nœud de serveur par environnement. Si le script échoue ou si un problème ne pouvant être résolu est rencontré, partagez le fichier storageReclamationPatch.log avec l’assistance.
