简介

“计时” - “计时 ”是仪表板，可用于分析时间和成本，以查找流程中的瓶颈。 瓶颈可能有原因，但也可能是流程中可改进的步骤。

“ 计时-计时 ”仪表板显示有关流程所需时间、平均吞吐量和周期时间的信息。 此外，它还显示了花费最多时间的活动以及执行活动花费最多时间的用户。

根据分析级别，可以使用以下三个选项卡：

仪表板项目

仪表板项目	描述
什么是流程计时?	显示流程图，其中包括活动的吞吐量时间以及活动之间的转换。
case 子句	Displays: • the total or average timings it takes to complete cases. • the related history of the case timing. • the throughput/cycle times in days per case.
活动	Displays: • the total or average timings it takes to complete activities. • the related history of the activity timing. • the throughput/cycle times in days per activity.
分析	Displays: • a cross table which contains information of how long it takes to complete activities. • the related history of the cross table information.

注意： 周期时间表示事件执行开始到结束之间的时间，仅当数据中定义了事件的开始时间时才可用。
