概述 - 仪表板（监控用户角色）

简介

这是主监控仪表板，您可以在其中跟踪流程的最重要属性。 这些属性以 KPI 和 标签表示。

Number colors

黑色数字表示所选期间的数字。

红色数字表示与上一期相比的负差异。

绿色数字表示与上一期相比的正差异。

KPI

以下是顶部显示的三个最重要的案例 KPI 的说明。

KPI	描述
数量	• Total amount of all cases in the selected period. • Decline or increase of the total amount compared to the previous period. • History chart displaying the total amount over the last 15 periods.
case 子句	• Total number of all cases in the selected period. • Decline or increase of total number of cases compared to the previous period. • History chart displaying the total number of cases over the last 15 periods.
吞吐时间	• Average throughput time of all cases in the selected period. • Decline or increase of the average throughput time compared to the previous period. • History chart displaying the average throughput time over the last 15 periods.
