Favorites

简介

收藏夹是用于创建仪表板当前状态快照的元素。 创建收藏夹后，系统会存储所有视图设置，例如 创建选择并应用筛选器。 收藏夹可以存储在用户会话中，并允许您始终快速导航回应用程序的存储状态。

收藏夹类型

收藏夹有两种类型：

收藏类型	描述
私有	私人收藏夹仅对创建收藏夹的用户可见。 默认情况下，收藏夹是私有的。
公开	如果您具有管理员权限，则可以创建公共收藏夹。 每个用户都可以访问这些收藏夹。

创建收藏夹

您可以通过单击“收藏夹”面板中的+图标来创建新的收藏夹。

备注：

You can also create a Favorite as Home page. The first dashboard that is displayed when you log in, then is your Favorite. The dashboard displays the state of the application as saved in this Favorite.

共享收藏夹

您可以与他人共享您创建的收藏夹。 共享时，您实际上是共享筛选器的实例化。 如果您与之共享收藏夹的人对数据和仪表板没有相同的权限，则他或她可能会得到不同的结果。

请按照以下步骤共享收藏夹。

步骤	操作
1	Go to the Favorites panel and right click on the favorite you want to share with others.
2	Select Get shareable link and click on COPY.
3	将链接发送给要与之共享的人。

当您收到共享的收藏夹时，必须先将其保存。

请按照以下步骤保存可共享的收藏夹。

步骤	操作
1	打开已发送给您的链接。
2	根据您打开的收藏夹创建新的收藏夹以保存。

备注：

If the user that has created the Favorite deletes it, you will no longer have access.

收藏夹组

可以创建各种组，以为已创建的收藏夹创建结构。

请按照以下步骤创建一组收藏夹。

步骤	操作
1	Right click on a Favorite in the Favorites panel and select New group....
2	Enter a name for the group in the New Favorites Group dialog and click on OK.
3	将所需的任何收藏夹拖放到新组中。

更新收藏夹

您可以将收藏夹更新为仪表板和筛选器的当前状态。

请按照以下步骤更新收藏夹。

步骤	操作
1	转到要设置为新收藏的仪表板，或根据需要修改收藏。
2	Right click on the Favorite you want to update and select Update favorite.

备注：

If the original Favorite was shared with others with a shareable link, the link will go to the updated Favorite.
