Le drainage de nœud ne se produit pas pour les nœuds arrêtés

Description

Si un nœud est arrêté dans un cluster et que ses pods correspondants ne sont pas reprogrammés vers des nœuds disponibles après 15 minutes, exécutez le script suivant pour vider manuellement le nœud.
