顧客

Customers is the dashboard where you can analyze the customers involved in the Order-to-Cash process. It displays detailed information on the late delivery rates, the sales order items, and the number of unique customers per category.

What is the late delivery rate?	選択した期間内で期待される納品日より後に納品された受注品目の割合です。 注: バーにカーソルを合わせると、選択中のカテゴリごとの遅延納品率と、納品済みの受注品目の数が表示されます。
Sales order items	detailed information on sales order items related to the selected category. You can select different metrics and categories to change the context.
How many unique customers per category?	選択したカテゴリの顧客数に関する詳細情報です。
