インストール時にサービスをトラブルシューティングする方法

クラスター サーバー ノードの 1 つで次の手順を実行します。

1. Kubernetes へのアクセス権を取得します。

   on server nodes:
   export KUBECONFIG="/etc/rancher/rke2/rke2.yaml"
   export PATH="$PATH:/usr/local/bin:/var/lib/rancher/rke2/bin"
   
   on agent nodes:
   export KUBECONFIG="/var/lib/rancher/rke2/agent/kubelet.kubeconfig"
   export PATH="$PATH:/usr/local/bin:/var/lib/rancher/rke2/bin"
   
   # To validate, execute the following command which should not return an error:
   kubectl get nodes
   

2. 次のコマンドを使用して、ArgoCD パスワードを取得します。

   kubectl get secrets/argocd-admin-password -n argocd --template '{{ .data.password }}' | base64 -d
   

3. ArgoCD に接続します。

   1. https://alm.<fqdn>/:443 に移動します。
   2. admin をユーザー名として使用し、手順 2 で取得したパスワードを使用してログインします。

4. 次のように UiPath サービス アプリケーションを見つけます。

   1. ArgoCD の検索バーで「uipath」と入力します。

      

   2. 次に、カードをクリックして UiPath アプリケーションを開きます。

      

   3. 次のエラーを確認します。Application was not synced due to a failed job/pod

   4. 上記のエラーが存在する場合は、以下の手順を実行します。

   5. 赤いひびの入ったハート型のアイコンを探して、同期されていないコンポーネントを見つけます (下図を参照)。

      

   6. 右端のコンポーネント (通常はポッド) を開いて、[ログ] タブをクリックします。[ログ] には、ポッド障害の原因を示すエラー メッセージが含まれます。

      

   7. Once you resolve any outstanding configuration issues, go back to the home page and click the Sync button on the UiPath application.
