外部监控工具

要有效监控 Automation Suite，您应该了解 Automation Suite 架构。我们通过警示管理器提供预配置的警示，通过与 Prometheus 兼容的端点提供指标，并通过 FluentD 提供日志，您可以在监控工具中收集这些内容。

警示

您可以在 Prometheus 的“警示”部分找到预配置的警示。
您必须配置接收人，以接收可能导致停机的问题的警示：
- 添加电子邮件收件人
- 添加 Webhook 以向外部工具发送警示

指标

有关与监控存储、网络和硬件利用率相关的指标的详细信息，请参阅以下内容：

您可以使用 Prometheus 远程写入功能将指标推送到监控工具。或者，您可以部署收集器，从与 Prometheus 兼容的端点（也称为目标）中拉取指标。您可以在 Prometheus 用户界面的“状态”部分下查看目标。

备注：

UiPath® does not support or maintain the remote write endpoint integrations or the collectors. For any issues with the integrations, you should contact the vendor of your monitoring tool.

重要提示：

使用收集器时，在某些监控工具中启用应用程序监控可能会中断 Automation Suite 的功能。

将 Prometheus 指标导出到外部系统

Prometheus 使用 Prometheus 远程写入功能收集 Prometheus 指标并将其导出到外部系统。

Note: UiPath® does not support or maintain the remote write endpoint integrations. However, the endpoints are compatible with the Prometheus instance delivered within Automation Suite.

要在 Automation Suite 集群上 remote_write 配置 remote_write：

连接到 ArgoCD。
单击 “应用程序”。
导航到 结构安装程序。
打开“ 应用程序详细信息 ”面板并禁用 自我修复。
导航到 rancher-monitoring 应用程序。
打开“应用程序详细信息”面板 >“清单”选项卡。
单击“编辑”，导航到“值”>“Prometheus”>“Prometheus 规范”部分。
添加所需的 remoteWrite 配置。

探索远程写入功能的可用配置。
保存新配置。在应用新配置之前，rancher-monitoring 应用程序将显示“无法同步”。

注意：无需重新启动 Prometheus 即可应用新的远程写入配置。
测试所需的远程写入集成。返回到步骤 8 以添加新配置。
