テナント

Communications Mining™ SaaS プラットフォーム上のテナントは、1 つの組織のデータを表します。場合によっては、組織に複数のテナントが存在することがあります。たとえば、組織では、運用と開発のそれぞれにテナントを設定することができます。

データとユーザーはテナント間で分離され、各テナントは Communications Mining プラットフォームに対して一意の API エンドポイントを使用します。 あるテナント内のユーザーおよびプロジェクトは、別のテナント内のユーザーおよびプロジェクトにアクセスできません。 ただし、Communications Mining のサポート ユーザーに対する例外です。Communications Mining プラットフォームの使用を支援するために、テナント内で権限が付与されることがあります。

API エンドポイント

UiPath® 経由でオンボードされたテナント

UiPath を介してオンボードされたテナントの場合、API エンドポイントの形式は https://cloud.uipath.com/<my_uipath_organisation>/<my_uipath_tenant>/reinfer_/...です。

Communications Mining™ (旧 Re:infer) 経由でオンボードされたテナント

Communications Mining を介してオンボードされたテナントの場合、API エンドポイントの形式は https://<mydomain>.reinfer.io/...です。 <mydomain> はテナントの一意のドメインです。

Your unique domain is the same one that you log into on the Communications Mining web UI. In the following screenshot, the user is logged in to example.reinfer.io, so their tenant domain is example , and their tenant API endpoint would be https://example.reinfer.io.
