KPI-Trendlisten

Einleitung

KPI trend lists can be used to create a dashboard with a graphical representation of the main KPIs of the process that gives insight into the overall process performance. The following illustration shows an example of a KPI trends list.

The View details button on a KPI trends list enables the user to go to the related dashboard for further analysis.

Eigenschaften

You can edit the properties of a KPI trends list chart in the Edit KPI trends list panel.

You can select different metrics for which you want to display KPI charts. For each KPI chart you must select the field that is displayed on the X-axis. Furthermore, you can select the dashboard to which the View details button should be linked.

Note: If thresholds are defined for the metric, you can select the Thresholds option to enable the thresholds for the chart. A preview of the thresholds is displayed.

The following table describes the properties of the KPI trends list.

Element	Beschreibung
Tooltip	Textfeld, mit dem Sie einen Text hinzufügen können, der als Tooltip angezeigt wird, wenn der Benutzer mit der Maus auf den Diagrammtitel in der veröffentlichten Prozess-App zeigt.
KPIs	Liste der Metriken, die in der KPI-Liste angezeigt werden sollen. Use the Add KPI option to select one or more metrics. Tipp: You can drag and drop the metrics in the list to arrange the KPI charts in the desired order.

Defining the KPIs

The following table describes the properties for the KPI.

Element	Beschreibung
x-Achse formatieren	Ein Listenfeld, in dem Sie das im Diagramm angezeigte Feld auswählen können. Die X-Achse formatieren ist eine obligatorische Eigenschaft. Note: You can select the new Timeframe filter as a field for the x-axis of a line chart or a KPI chart. When a business user selects a different timeframe the chart will change accordingly.
Mit Dashboard verknüpfen	Dropdownliste, in der Sie das Dashboard auswählen können, das geöffnet werden soll, wenn der Benutzer auf Detailsanzeigen klickt. Wenn Sie kein zugehöriges Dashboard auswählen, ist die Schaltfläche Details anzeigen deaktiviert.
Thresholds	Enables you to view the thresholds defined for the metric on the KPI chart displayed in the KPI trends list.
