Initializes the ABBYY FlexiCapture engine and provides a scope for all FlexiCapture activities.

Note: The ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK must be installed on the machine you want to run activities from the IntelligentOCR activity package. You can find the official ABBYY installation documentation here.
