Automation Hub User Guide
April 2022
We're excited to announce that our UiPath Automation Hub and UiPath Insights Cloud integration is now in Public Preview!
This new integration allows you to:
- Get started quickly with a set of pre-built dashboards, ready to be customized as you see fit.
- Keep stakeholders and sponsors informed on your automation program performance with consistent and schedulable reports.
- Track your automation opportunities pipeline and take action quickly.
- Encourage the growth of the automation program by understanding who and where employees are contributing.
To learn more about this integration check out the Automation Hub - Insights Cloud overview page.
With this release, we've added the Branching logic feature for customizing assessments. System Admins can create a branching logic for single choice and multiple choice type of questions and users can be presented with a relevant set of questions based on the answer they select for the question defined as the start of a branching path. :information-source: Find out more about this feature in Branching logic section.
- Admin Console > Platform Setup > Customize assessments: Deleting a question or a KPI that is part of a formula can now be done only after it's removed from the formula.
- Admin Console > Platform Setup > Documentation: The English and Japanese versions of PDD template are updated with Exception Handling section. Available only for tenants created starting with this release.
- Submit an Idea: The description for the Assign Process Owner section from High Level Assessment or Detailed Assessment wasn't showing up when submitting an employee-driven or CoE-driven idea.
- Workspace > Automation Pipeline: In Saved views, RPA vendor filter was displayed as unknown and Idea type filter tag was missing.
- Workspace > Automation Pipeline: While sorting by priority, processes without a priority set were displayed first.
- Automation Profile > Collaborators: The submitter role was removed from a user when an additional collaborator role was assigned to the same user.
- Automation Profile > Edit mode: Selecting the dropdown to choose a detailed assessment version caused the page to slightly shift.
- Admin Console > Platform Setup > Customize assessments: Users were able to upload a valid (JSON) assessment to a different type of assessment instead of receiving an error message.
- Admin Console > Manage Access > Roles: Some permissions weren't translated properly.
