Creating a Trial Tenant

To start your journey with Automation Hub we invite you to test all its capabilities and the way it can enhance your company's RPA adoption by creating a Trial tenant. To find out more about what the Trial plan includes please check the Trial Plan page.

Accessing the Automation Hub Presentation Page

Access the Automation Hub presentation page. The Try Automation Hub free option is available. Click it to request a Trial tenant.

To complete the request follow the steps listed in the Creating a Trial Tenant in Automation Hub section of this page.

Creating a Trial Tenant in Automation Hub

To create a Trial tenant follow the below steps:

  1. Click Try Automation Hub free.
  2. The Sign up for UiPath Automation Hub page is displayed. Choose the preferred sign up method and enter your information.

Sign up With Email

  1. Type in the work email address to start the Sign up process.

  2. Next, type a password and select Create Account. Take into account that some special requirements must be met for the password to be valid.

  3. Enter the confirmation code received on the email address used in the first step and select Continue.

  4. The user account is successfully created and now you can set up your profile.

    • Type in: Full Name, Business/Company and Job Title. Take into account the dot (.), and the comma (,) characters, as well as diacritical marks such as accents (é) or dots (ü) are not accepted.
    • The following character limitations apply:

      • Organization Name: maximum of 24 characters;
      • User’s First Name: maximum of 20 characters;
      • Job Title: maximum of 256 characters.
      • Select the Country/Region from the drop-down list.
    • Select the Country/Region from the drop-down list and click on Next.
      Note:
      • Automation Hub offers, via Auth0, a formal password policy that enforces a minimum of 8 characters, special characters, and 90-day password age.
  5. Type in the Cloud Organization Name and select a Data Storage Region from the drop-down list. Select Create Organization. In less than 1 minute the Trial tenant is created and redirected to Automation Hub.



  1. Check your inbox for an email from UiPath with the subject: Welcome to your free UiPath Automation CloudTM for enterprise trial.
Note:

If the email address is not verified the following pop-up message is displayed preventing you from accessing the account. You have the following options:

  • OK: click it to close the pop-up message.
  • Resend Email: click it to resend the email containing the verification link.


Note:

The default duration of the trial is 60 days. This period can be extended through a specific request with an extra 30 or 60 days.

The trial also includes access to UiPath Automation Cloud.

Sign up With Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn Account

  1. Select the preferred platform.
  2. Choose the account you want to use.



Users may be able to choose the following options:



Create a New Organization

  1. After choosing to Create a New Organization, enter the required information in the displayed form.

    • Type in the Organization Name. Take into account that special characters apart from the exclamation mark (!), the dot (.), and the dash (-) are not accepted.
    • Type in: Business Email address.
    • Type in: First and Last Name, Job Title. Take into account the dot (.), and the comma (,) characters, as well as diacritical marks such as accents (é) or dots (ü) are not accepted.
    • Select the Country/Region from the drop-down list.

      • The following character limitations apply:

        • Organization Name: maximum of 24 characters;
        • User’s First Name: maximum of 20 characters;
        • User’s Last Name: maximum of 30 characters.
        • Job Title: maximum of 256 characters.
      • After reading and accepting the terms of the License Terms and Acceptable Use policies, click Continue.

    • The process is completed, and you are prompted to the Home page from Automation CloudTM.

Continue to Existing Organization

If you choose to Continue to Existing Organization the following options are available:



Sign in With Email

Users that already have an Automation CloudTM account can also Sign In using their email address.

To try Automation Hub, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Try Automation Hub free.
  2. The Sign up for UiPath Automation Hub page is displayed.
  3. Click Sign In option.

  4. Enter your Email and Password in the requested fields.

    Note: Forgot Password? option can be used to reset the password as described in Sign up Process article.
  5. Users may now be able to choose the following options and follow their respective steps:
