What's new?

• Unread only checkbox is now available in the Notifications section that helps you see only unread notifications.

Improvements

• Automation Profile > Collaborators: Improved loading times.

Fixed bugs

• Detailed assessment: Uncheking a setting from a question that impacts a KPI was causing the Can impact KPI section to disappear.
• Customize Assessment > High Level assessment: No values were displayed for a KPI which was previously deleted and readded using Default questions and KPI functionality.
• Admin Console > Manage Access > Assign Roles: Status toggle for users wasn't editable when using Single Sign-On.
• Automation Profile: After removing some Change Requests from an automation, the displayed number of Change Requests, wasn't updated properly.

Improvements

• Automation Profile: Improved how a deleted status or phase is displayed in the history tab.

Fixed bugs

• Admin Console > Platform setup > Customize assessments: Preview for any Execution Assessments wasn't working.
• Admin Console > Platform setup > Customize idea flows: Submitting drafts created by a workflow that was previously disabled was still possible, even if you should have been prompted by an error message.
• Automation Profile: You couldn't add a collaborator from the collaborators page if they were part of custom groups with collaborator roles.
• Automation Profile: The Publish option wasn't available for some ideas that were in Live: In production Phase & Status.
• Automation Profile: A user could have been added as a Process Owner even if they didn't belong to that specific business area for the submitted idea.
• Automation Profile: After editing an idea, it was possible to save it with the Automation ID of another existing idea.
• Automation Profile: You couldn't save changes to a Change Request due to an error regarding duplicate Automation ID, even though there weren’t any duplicates.
• Automation Profile: Successfully converting an automation to a Change Request was causing the parent automation to unlink and it had to be added manually.
• Automation Profile: When you tried to edit some ideas, the existing data wouldn't load and the fields were displayed empty..
