Browsing the Store Gallery

In the Store gallery, you can view all available automations displayed in automation cards.

The Store provides access to the following functionality:

  • Automation Store cards gallery
  • Filters;
  • Sort;
  • Search.

Following our general design, automations can be seen in a card view gallery.

An automation card contains the following information:

Item

Description

Automation Name

The automation name defined by the user when sharing an idea or automation. This can be updated in the Automation Hub Automation profile (edit mode) by the collaborator with the editing rights.

Automation Area

The automation area selected by the user when sharing an idea or automation.

Review Score

A 5-star rating system to reflect the rating of the automation.

Number of reviewers

Persons who have posted a review for the automation.

Number of downloads

The number of times the automation has been downloaded or requested from the Store.

Applications

The applications used in the automation.

Short description

The automation's short description.

Potential Benefit (in hours/month)

  • For ideas (Idea Source = Employee-driven, CoE-driven and Process Mining) the Potential Benefit is equal to Est. Benefit (Hours) divided by the Number of Employees divided by 12.
  • For CD automations (Idea Source = Citizen Developer) the Potential Benefit is equal to Potential Benefit per employee (hours/year) divided by 12.

Filters

Filtering is the best way to find automations that are in your interest.

The following items are available in the filter menu:

Filter

  • Available choices: All categories (all levels) defined in the Platform setup - Category section.
  • Filter trigger: will search and filter the automations that have the selected categories.
  • Possibility to select one or several categories at a time.

Applications

Filter

  • Available choices: The applications inserted in the Platform setup - Application Inventory, as well as the applications added by the users in Edit Automation Profile (that are also saved in the database), but for the selected Automation Area.
  • The list will be displayed only after the user selected the Automation area.
  • Filter trigger: will search and filter the automations that use the selected applications (based on "Applications used" section that is filled when editing the Automation Profile)
  • One or more options can be selected.

Submitter's Business Unit

Filter

  • Available choices: All the business units defined in Manage users - People section, following the import of the users or by adding a user manually.
  • Filter trigger: will search and filter the automations , for which the submitter is belonging to that business unit.
  • One or more options can be selected.

Rating

Filter

  • Available choices:

    • All
    • 4 Stars and up
    • 3 Stars and up
    • 2 Stars and up
    • 1 Star and up
  • Filter trigger: will search and filter the automations based on their rating score.
  • Only one option can be selected.

To explore the Automation Store easier, you can sort the automations gallery.

The following options are available for sorting:

Most PopularSort using the number of downloads/requests of the automation: From the highest number of downloads/requests → To the smallest number of downloads/requests
Recently PublishedSort using the Publish Date attribute from the automation database: From most recent published automation → To oldest published automation
AlphabeticalSort from A→Z based on the automation name

To quickly find an automation, you can search through the items from the Automation Store by Automation Name or description.

Automation Profile Page

The Automation Profile Page allows you to explore more details about the selected automation besides the information already displayed by the Automation Card.
