Important: This update is based on a staged rollout. The features described below might not be available until the full deployment is complete on all regions.

What's New

Convert an Idea into a Change request and Convert a Change Request into an Idea features are now available.

With the proper rights assigned, you can now easily change an idea that was mistakenly submitted as a stand-alone idea instead of being linked to a parent idea or you can change a submitted Change Request into a standalone idea.

Improvements

• Automation Profile Page > Change Request assessment: Users can now change the Parent Automation of a Change Request.
• Workspace > Automation Pipeline: In Parent Automation column, a link is now shown to the Parent Automation profile page, instead of the Auto-generated IDs.
• My Profile > Automations: A new section for Change Requests is available between Automations and Collaborations. In this section, users can see the Change Requests submitted by themselves.
• Workspace > Automation Pipeline: Updated the tooltip information for Idea Phase Approver, Launch Assessment Approver and Qualification Approver columns.
• Admin Console > Manage Access > Collaborator Roles: Custom roles created before the 1st of December 2021 release, can now benefit of Make this role assignable option toggle.

Fixed Bugs

• Workspace > Automation Pipeline: Department and Business Unit Filters are now filterable again.
• Automation Profile Page > Edit mode: Solution Design and Testing phases were missing the Not Started status.
• Change Request submission form: An error message is now shown when one or multiple collaborators of the parent automation no longer have that specific collaborator role assigned in the Assign Roles page or have been completely removed from the system.
• Change Request: A Change Request couldn't be submitted if it was created from an automation idea that has been consumed from Automation Store.
• Customize assessments page > Edit mode: An error occurred when multiple questions were branched to a single answer.
• Customize assessments page > Edit mode: Branching logic for multiple choice questions is now working as intended.
• Admin Console > Manage Access > Assign Roles: First and last name was not displayed correctly for users searched in Azure Active Directory.
