Below you can find a detailed list of the emails that you can receive from Automation Hub.

Note: Please keep in mind that each email has a specific action that triggers it and a specific recipient or group of recipients. If you don't perform that action or you are not included in the recipient list, you will not receive that email.

All users who have the Program manager role on the category for which the Automation has been submitted and all custom roles with assigned permission to Review an Assessed Idea and Manage the Citizen Developer automation. Email reminder	An email reminder sent if the task to assign a Project Manager for an idea approved for implementation has not been completed.	All users who have the Program manager role on the category for which the Automation has been submitted and all custom roles with assigned permission to Review an Assessed Idea. Email reminder	An email reminder sent if the task to review a new automation submitted has not been completed.	All users who have the Business Reviewer role on the category for which the automation has been submitted and all custom roles with assigned permission to Access to All and Review tables to perform Business Review of Automations. Sign up emails	The Account Owner created an account and invited the user to join Automation Hub.	The user who was invited to join Automation Hub.	A welcome message that contains your assigned role.
Sign up emails	Email verification sent to users who register to Automation Hub using their email address.	The user who was invited to join Automation Hub and registered using their email address.	The link to verify the email address and complete the registration.
Account related emails	Email sent when the Automation Hub account is Activated/Deactivated/Deleted.	The user who's account was Activated/Deactivated/Deleted.	Information about the account status update and the person who performed it.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to review an automation idea or a Change request shared through the employee driven idea workflow.	All the users assigned with Idea Approver role on the category for which the idea has been submitted	The name of the idea or Change request, the name of the user who shared it and the hyperlink towards the page where the idea or the Change request can be reviewed.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to review an automation idea shared through the CoE-driven idea workflow.	The Process Owner assigned to the idea by the Authorized submitter.	The name of the idea, the name of the user who shared it and the hyperlink towards the page where the idea can be reviewed.
Personal activity on the platform	The Idea Approver rejected the idea and recommended some edits for an idea you shared.	The idea's submitter.	The name of the idea, the name of the Idea Approver who reviewed it, the text of the recommendation and a hyperlink toward the automation profile.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to complete the Detailed Assessment	The Process Owner assigned to that automation.	The name of the idea, the name of the Idea Approver who approved it and the hyperlink towards the page where the Detailed Assessment can be completed.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to review the idea assessment.	All the users with Program Manager role on the category for which the idea has been submitted.	The name of the idea, the name of the Process Owner who completed the Detailed Assessment and the hyperlink towards the page where the assessment can be reviewed.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to assign a Project Manager to an automation idea	All the users with Program Manager role on the category for which the idea has been submitted.	The name of the idea, the name of the Program Manager who approved the idea for implementation and the place where you can assign the Project Manager.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to setup the implementation team	The Project Manager assigned to that automation.	The name of the idea and the hyperlink towards the automation profile.
Personal activity on the platform	Permission to edit a section (About, Cost- Benefit-Analysis, Components, Documentation) from an automation profile has been granted.	The collaborator to whom editing rights were granted.	The name of the idea, the name of the area where edit access was granted and a hyperlink towards it.
Personal activity on the platform	An abuse was reported for an automation or a component.	All the users with Program Manager role.	The name of the user who submitted the report, the automation/component name, a hyperlink towards it and the text entered along the abuse report.
Personal activity on the platform	A bug was reported for a component.	The user who uploaded the component.	The name of the user who submitted the bug, the component name, and a hyperlink towards it.
Personal activity on the platform	A component that the user previously downloaded was updated.	All users who downloaded the component.	The Name of the component, a hyperlink towards it and the information about the update.
Personal activity on the platform	A component that the user uploaded was rejected.	The user who uploaded the component.	The name of the component, the name of the Curator who reviewed it, the text entered as rejection reason and a hyperlink toward the component profile.
User activity on the platform	A new Employee-driven, CoE-driven or Process Mining idea was shared.	All the users with Program Manager role.	The Name of user who shared the idea, the idea name and a hyperlink towards it.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to review an automation from a technical point of view	All the users assigned with Technical Reviewer role on the category for which the automation has been submitted or custom roles with permission "Access to All and Review tables to perform Technical Review of Automations".	The name of the business reviewer who moved the automation to Technical Review, the automation name and a hyperlink towards it.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to take a decision for an automation that needs rework.	All the users assigned with Program Manager role on the category for which the automation has been submitted or custom roles with permission to "Manage the Citizen Developer automation".	The name of the user who reviewed the automation, the automation name, a hyperlink towards it and the action needed for the automation to be moved to the implementation.
Personal activity on the platform	A user requests an automation.	All the users assigned with Technical Reviewer role on the category for which the automation has been submitted or custom roles with permission to "Access to All and Review tables to perform Technical Review of Automations".	The name of the user who requested the automation, the automation name, a hyperlink towards it and the action needed for the automation to be provided.
Personal activity on the platform	Invitation to assign a Project Manager to a Citizen Developer automation approved for CoE work	All the users with Program Manager role on the category for which the automation has been submitted or a custom role with assigned permission to "Manage the Citizen Developer automation".	The name of the Program Manager who approved the automation, the automation name, a hyperlink towards it and the action needed to assign a Project manager.
User activity on the platform	A Citizen developer shares an automation.	All the users assigned with Business Reviewer role on the category for which the automation has been submitted or custom role with assigned permission "Access to All and Review tables to perform Business Review of Automations".	The name of user who shared the automation, the automation name and a hyperlink towards it.
Tenant management	Welcome Email for the Trial Plan sent once the tenant creation is finished.	The Account Owner	A welcome message that contains resources that will help you get started.
Tenant management	Welcome Email for the Enterprise Plan sent once the tenant update is completed.	The Account Owner	A welcome message that contains the details concerning the Standard plan.
