Marketplace Partner Types
Even if UiPath can establish more partnership types, the below-mentioned ones are defined in UiPath Marketplace:
- Business Partner: Our Business Partners offer comprehensive RPA experience, knowledge, and skills. They position clients for the future of work by ensuring successful RPA implementation and automation.
- Technology Partner: Our Technology Partners accelerate business outcomes with core and emerging technologies that complement the UiPath Platform.
Business Partner
To become a Business Partner, you have to be a UiPath Customer, a Service Integration Partner, an Official Resourcing Partner, or an Official Training Partner. Additionally, when creating an account on the UiPath Marketplace, you are asked to agree to the UiPath Marketplace Terms of Use in order to become a Business Partner and content publisher.
To become one of our Business Partners, access this link to get in touch with us and start the process.
You can also check our newly launched Partner Portal and take advantage of all the benefits of being a UiPath Business Partner. Depending on the type of partnership you are interested in, we will get in touch with you and walk you through the next steps.
Technology Partner
The first step is to complete the registration process available here. This includes a validation process, which is finalized when you sign a partnership agreement with UiPath.
If you are already a partner when your Marketplace Company Profile is created, you will be asked to agree to the UiPath Marketplace Terms of Use. After this, you will be listed as a Technology Partner signifying that all the content you develop will be categorized accordingly as coming from a Trusted Source.
- Business growth: You can either allow users to directly download listings you’ve created or you can simply publish a lead for that solution, so users can get in contact with you directly to acquire it.
- Deeper integration with UiPath Studio: You can access Marketplace custom activities directly from Studio using a public feed.
- Brand awareness and exposure in the RPA industry: Companies have a place to advertise better their work through a portfolio of listings.
- Save time implementing automation projects: Access free, directly downloadable solutions to build a robotic workforce easier and faster.
- Qualitative and industry-specific content for customer meetings: UiPath runs quality checks, security testing, and functional testing for all published listings, so they are great to be used as demos during customer meetings. Furthermore, our content is covering multiple processes and industries.
- Company activity overview: Having a CompanyProfile on UiPath Marketplace can aggregate and showcase all the on-platform activity of your RPA developers/employees.
Independent Publisher refers to companies that have a Company Profile on UiPath Marketplace but do not have a partnership in place with UiPath. Below is a list of benefits that Independent Publishers can get by having a presence in the Marketplace:
- Scale your RPA Center of Excellence (CoE): Sustain the development of a team specialized in RPA within your company through learning opportunities, listings library, and a rich use case repository.
- Brand awareness and exposure in the RPA industry: Companies have a place to advertise better their work through a portfolio of listings used by tens of thousands of users on a monthly basis.
- Business growth: You can either allow users to directly download listings you’ve created or you can simply publish a lead for that solution, so users can get in contact with you directly to acquire it.
- Become more productive: By having access to a whole suite of reusable listings, the best-rated professional services, APIs, and products, you can accelerate your automation projects.
What is a Community Contributor?
A Community Contributor is an individual that has no affiliation to a specific company and submits content on their own behalf. This persona has a profile on the Marketplace created by using their personal email address.
Why should Community Contributors have a presence on this platform?
- Personal exposure in the RPA Industry: create a portfolio of listings that can be shared across multiple channels to help boost your professional expertise.
- Become part of the largest RPA Community: stand out by publishing good quality content and join this group of professionals to help you further improve your RPA skills.
- Individual Growth: extend your knowledge by accessing our web library of pre-built RPA downloadable content.
