Read this five-minute checklist before actually publishing the listing.

Required fields	Double-check every dropdown, text box, and URL—no “TBD” or placeholder text. Tip: Open each link in an incognito tab.
One template per partner	You may publish multiple templates—even for the same process—but don’t upload the same one twice. Rename or archive older versions instead of duplicating.
Clear overview and Features	In plain English answer key questions on the Overview and Feature sections and list 2–3 headline benefits.
Demo video	Show data ingest → dashboards → one business use-case . Narrate or caption so non-experts understand the flow
Screenshots (2 minimum)	One KPI dashboard and one process graph / variant explorer. Resolution ≥ 1280 × 720. Annotate key insights if possible.
Installability	Attach the Data-Structure Summary + Step-by-Step Setup . Reviewers will follow your guide exactly—make sure they can follow the template working end-to-end without guessing.
Dependencies and Compatibility	List every connector, system version, and deployment mode (Cloud / On-Prem). If it only works on v2024.10, state that explicitly.
Customer Call-to- Action works	Free Listing: External Link opens a live landing page. Paid Listing: “Request a Quote” triggers the built-in form and your Fulfillment Message explains next steps.
