The following table describes the fields of the Listing Details page for a Free Listing.

Field	Content and examples	Best practices
Monetization Type	Free Listing: No cost to use. The contact will be done via external link part of the submission	Clearly communicate any limitations in a free version. Imply future charges or hidden fees.
Listing Language	Select the language in which you’ll author the content of the listing (available only English or Japanese). Example: English Or Japanese	Localize every field and image caption to your chosen language. Mix languages or use machine-translated placeholders.
Category	Assign the Process Mining bucket. Select: Process Mining.
Subcategory	Further narrow the classification. Select Process Mining App Template.
Listing Type	Specify how users will access the solution. Select External Link. Example: App information hosted on your company website.	Provide a secure, accessible, direct link. Use generic or broken URLs.
Compatibility	Detail supported environments and versions. Select the deployment type: Cloud, On-Prem, or Both. Enter the product version. Example: UiPath Process Mining v2024.10	Verify compatibility before listing. Claim support for unreleased or untested versions.
URL hosting the package	Enter the exact page where users can read more about the Process Mining template on your website. OR Create an external form link where the user can access it, fill it and get in contact.	Test the link in incognito mode. Link to gated pages or require extra sign-ups.

Icon/Logo	Upload 100 × 100 px image.	Keep it simple and legible. Use screenshots or busy compositions.
Tags	Up to 5 single-word tags to indicate Process · Source System · Industry. Example: Procure-to-Pay, SAP, Manufacturing	Choose words users actually search for. Use sentences or generic terms like “App".
Card Summary	Follow {Action} {System} {Purpose} pattern. Check out Submit a listing for more information. Example: "Automate invoice analysis in SAP to improve payment speed."	Be concise and outcome-focused. Reinvent your overview here—keep it punchy.

Application	Select from dropdown (e.g., “SAP”) or type to add new.	List only applications your template directly integrates with. Pad with irrelevant apps.
Features	Define Problem Solved · User Benefits · Estimated Time Savings. Problem Solved: What inefficiency is addressed? User Benefits: How does it help users? Quantify impact where possible. Promise “infinite” or unmeasurable savings
Upload image	Mandatory screenshots: Overview dashboards with KPIs; Variant Explorer / process graph. Check out Submit a listing for more information.	Use clear, annotated images. Upload low-quality visuals.
Paste Video URL	Mandatory 2–3 min YouTube/Vimeo showing: Data Ingestion: Showcase how the Upload of the CSV/system data is done. The expectation is to show the data import completing successfully. App Execution: Show specific process app dashboards and KPIs The expectation is that dashboards are loading based on the data ingested, filters are responding and specific process KPIs are visible. Use Case: Narrated a use case scenario delivered part of the process mining project. The expectation is to narrate a real project use case proving the template value.
