サービスとしての Communications Mining を有効化する

Communications Mining を有効化するための前提条件

以下の 2 つの前提条件を満たしている場合、Automation Cloud でサービスとしての Communications Mining を有効化できます。

• Enterprise Automation Cloud ライセンスが必要です。
• Automation Cloud の組織に利用可能な AI ユニットがある (例: >0)。

注:

• 現在 Enterprise ライセンスをお持ちでない場合は、アカウント マネージャーに問い合わせて、利用可能な Enterprise 無料トライアルを確認してください。
• If you have an Enterprise license, butno AI units available, contact your Account Manager to purchase some.

AI ユニットの権利を確認する

[ライセンス] ページの [消費状況] タブの [AI ユニット] セクションに、消費権利 (AI ユニット) が表示されます。

Automation Cloud のナビゲーション メニューに移動し、[管理] に移動します。

Process for enabling Communications Mining™

注: 以下の表の手順は、個人が UiPath® Cloud を介してプラットフォームにアクセスするために必要なすべての手順の概要です。必要な手順の詳細なウォークスルーについては、以降のセクションを確認してください。

The steps in the table below are a summary of all the steps required for an individual to gain access to the platform, via the UiPath® Cloud. Check the detailed walk-through of the required steps in the following sections.

How consumption is measured for Communications Mining

Usage of Communications Mining is measured through the consumption of AI units.

Consuming AI units

In Communications Mining, AI units will be charged for uploading data into the platform, at the rate of 1 AI unit per created message (i.e. a comment in the API), such as an email, or per updated message if its text was modified.

As Communications Mining models continuously retrain and predictions automatically update, users are not charged on a per prediction basis, but per message.

You will be charged AI units at the rate of 1 per message for the following operations:

• API 経由でプラットフォームにデータをアップロードする
  • Uploading comments or raw emails (sync and sync-raw-email routes)
  • Fetching predictions for comments or raw emails that are not in the platform (predict and predict-raw-email routes)
• Uploading data into the platform via the CLI
• インテグレーションによるプラットフォームへのデータのアップロード
  • Syncing emails via the Exchange Integration
  • Syncing Salesforce objects via the Salesforce Integration
• プラットフォーム UI を使用したプラットフォームへのデータのアップロード

Once uploaded, messages can be stored in Communications Mining with no additional charge for a period of 2 years.
