サーバーレス ロボットで無人オートメーションを実行する

注:

前提条件

• A background, cross-platform automation project that has been published to Orchestrator and added to your folders. Learn more about background and foreground processes and process compatibility.
• Robot units available for the tenant.

手順 1. アカウントに対して無人オートメーションを有効化する

特定のアカウントで無人オートメーションを実行するには、まずそのアカウントで無人オートメーションを有効化する必要があります。

ロボット アカウントを使用している場合は既定で無人オートメーションの機能が付属しているため、この手順をスキップできます。

無人オートメーションを実行するには、ロボット アカウントの使用をお勧めします。

1. Go to Tenant > Manage access > Access Rules > Robot accounts. A window is displayed listing all accounts in that tenant.
2. Select More Actions > Edit to enable unattended automation for an existing account or Assign robot account to reference a Robot account from Automation Cloud.
3. [ロボットの設定] タブ (ステップ 2) で、[Unattended ロボット] トグルをオンにします。

4. Select Update to update an existing account or Assign to add a new one.

注:

• The Custom Windows credentials and Run only one job at a time settings do not apply to serverless robots.
• 実行に使用するアカウントと、そのアカウントとロールとの関連付けにより、リソースに対して一定レベルのアクセスを許可できます。プロセスが正常に実行されるように、アカウントが実行するプロセスで求められる操作を行うために必要な権限がアカウントに付与されていることを確認してください。

手順 2. テナントにサーバーレス ロボットを追加する

実行を有効化するには、サーバーレス ロボットのマシン (Orchestrator テナントにサーバーレス ロボットの機能を追加するために使用されるマシン テンプレート) を作成する必要があります。

1. [テナント] > [マシン] に移動します。
2. 画面右上の [マシンを追加] をクリックして、[Cloud ロボット - サーバーレス] を選択します。

[マシン テンプレート] ページが開き、[マシン] の手順が表示されます。

3. [名前] フィールドを入力し、必要に応じてマシン テンプレートの [説明] フィールドを入力します。
4. (任意) このマシン オブジェクトを他のリソースと共に追跡する場合は、[タグ] セクションでタグを定義します。

注:

Details about the robot unit requirements and the runtime type to use when running jobs are shown on the right. By default, the optimal machine size is selected automatically for each process. You can choose the size from the Advanced Settings tab for a process.

5. (Optional) For tenants with the account-machine mappings setting enabled, go to the Account-machine mappings page. There, you can set up specific accounts to use the machine.

6. (Optional) To enable Static IP, go to the Network Configuration page.
   1. Check the Enable Static IP box. You can consult the IP ranges in the linked page.
7. (Optional) To use a previously configured VPN gateway , go to the Network Configuration page.
   1. Switch on the Enable VPN Integration toggle. The VPN settings are displayed.
   2. In the Address space field, add the reserved IP addresses you received from your network administrator, in CIDR notation with a mask of /16 or greater.
      注:

      If the Address space field is not displayed, check that the VPN gateway for the tenant is successfully deployed.

8. [プロビジョニング] をクリックします。

[マシン] ページの上部に成功を示すメッセージが表示され、新しいテンプレートがリストに表示されます。

5. Under Runtime details:
   1. Enter the number of Production (Unattended) and/or Testing runtimes you need to execute an unattended or a non-production automation.
6. (Optional) For tenants with the account-machine mappings setting enabled, go to the Account-machine mappings page. There, you can set up specific accounts to use the machine.

7. (Optional) To enable Static IP, go to the Network Configuration page.
   1. Check the Enable Static IP box. You can consult the IP ranges in the linked page.
8. [プロビジョニング] をクリックします。

[マシン] ページの上部に成功を示すメッセージが表示され、新しいテンプレートがリストに表示されます。

手順 3. フォルダーのリソースへのアクセス権を付与する

無人オートメーションを実行するには、アカウントとサーバーレス ロボットのマシン テンプレートの両方が、実行対象のプロセスに対するアクセス権を持つ必要があります。そのためには、手順 1 と 2 で設定したアカウントとマシン オブジェクトをプロセスを含むフォルダーに追加する必要があります。

手順 4. 無人オートメーションを実行する: 手動

Orchestrator では、[ジョブ] ページから無人ジョブを手動で開始したり、トリガーを使用して計画された方法で自動的にトリガーしたりできます。

重要:

各ジョブの実行時間は 15 分に制限されています。これ以上の時間がかかるジョブは、実行時間が 15 分に達した時点で終了されます。15 分の制限に達しないように、お使いのオートメーション プロジェクトを最適化するか複数のワークフローに分割してください。

1. サイドバー メニューでプロセスを含むフォルダーを選択して、そのフォルダーに移動します。
2. 選択したフォルダーのコンテキストで、[オートメーション] > [ジョブ] に移動します。[ジョブ] ページが表示されます。
3. [開始] をクリックして新しいジョブを開始します。
4. [ランタイム ライセンス] ドロップダウンで、[Cloud - Serverless] または [Cloud - Serverless Testing] を選択します。
5. [開始] をクリックします。コマンドが送信された旨を示すメッセージが表示され、ジョブがリストに表示されます。

手順 4. 無人オートメーションを実行する: 自動トリガー

1. サイドバー メニューからプロセスを含むフォルダーを選択して、そのフォルダーに移動します。
2. 選択したフォルダーのコンテキストで、[オートメーション] > [トリガー] に移動します。[トリガー] ページが表示されます。
3. [新しいトリガーを追加] をクリックして、トリガーを介してジョブを開始する方法を設定します。
4. 必要なフィールドを入力します。
5. [ランタイム ライセンス] ドロップダウンで、[Cloud - Serverless] または [Cloud - Serverless Testing] を選択します。
   注:

   If you are on the Community licensing plan and you select the serverless runtime, the Set execution-based trigger disabling option is automatically enabled, with the following default values (the fields are read-only):

   • Disable when consecutive job execution fail count is set to 10.
   • Grace period on disabling the trigger (days) is set to 0.
6. [追加] をクリックします。保存に成功した旨を示すメッセージが表示され、トリガーがリストに表示されます。設定に従ってジョブが開始されます。すべてのジョブとそのステータスは [ジョブ] ページに一覧表示されます。
