DocuSign-Authentifizierung

Je nach ausgewähltem Authentifizierungstyp benötigen Sie eine der folgenden Anmeldeinformationen:

• OAuth 2.0 Authorization code: Account ID, the email and password associated with your DocuSign account.
• Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: Client ID, Client secret, Account ID.

Hinweis:

Für die Anmeldung mit dem DocuSign-Connector können nur DocuSign- Produktionskonten verwendet werden. DocuSign- Demo- oder -Entwicklerkonten können nicht verwendet werden.

Abrufen Ihrer Anmeldeinformationen

Wenn Sie eine Verbindung mit dem DocuSign-Connector herstellen, können Sie zuerst eine Konto-ID eingeben. Dieser Schritt ist optional. Sie können einfach auf Verbinden klicken, um zum nächsten Schritt zu wechseln.

Hinweis:

If the Account ID field is left empty, the default Account ID associated with the authenticated user’s DocuSign account automatically used for all the DocuSign activities. On the top-right hand corner of your DocuSign application’s home page, click on the user icon and you can view the default account number (not to be mistaken for Account ID) and default account name.

So finden Sie Ihre standardmäßige DocuSign-Konto-ID:

1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem DocuSign-Konto an.

2. Klicken Sie oben auf dem Bildschirm auf die Registerkarte Einstellungen .

3. Klicken Sie im linken Panel unter Integrationen auf Apps und Schlüssel.

4. Die hier angezeigte API-Konto-ID ist Ihre Standard-Konto-ID.

Add the DocuSign connection

To create a connection to your DocuSign instance, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Wählen Sie Integration Service from Automation Cloud aus.

2. From the Connectors list, select DocuSign. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.

3. Select the Connect to DocuSign button.

4. You can choose between two authentication types: OAuth 2.0 Authorization code or Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app.

5. Enter the required credentials for your preferred authentication method and select Connect.

6. Ihre Verbindung wurde hinzugefügt.

Berechtigungen

Die Standardberechtigungen, die im DocuSign-Konto aktiviert sind, mit dem Sie sich verbinden, werden auch im Connector verwendet. Die verfügbaren Berechtigungen erhalten Sie im DocuSign Support Center oder wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.
