プロジェクトからテンプレートを作成する

Studio Web には、ユーザーがオートメーションを使い始める際に役立つさまざまな既定テンプレートが付属しています。また、任意のプロジェクトからカスタム テンプレートを作成し、それを組織のユーザーがオートメーションの出発点として使用できます。

注:

カスタム テンプレートを作成および管理できるのは、Studio Web 管理者ロールまたは組織テンプレート作成者ロールを持つユーザーのみです。

プロジェクトからテンプレートを作成するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. プロジェクトを Studio Web で開きます。
2. プロジェクト デザイナーの右上にある [テンプレートとして送信] をクリックします。
3. テンプレートの名前と説明を入力し、[作成] を選択します。

組織のすべてのユーザーの [テンプレート] ページにテンプレートが追加されます。

テンプレートのワークフローを編集する

テンプレートを作成したら、ワークフローを編集し、更新されたテンプレートを保存できます。

1. Studio Web の [テンプレート] ページに移動します。
2. On the template you want to edit, select More actions > Edit workflow. The template opens in the project designer.
3. 必要に応じてワークフローを編集します。
4. 編集が完了したら、デザイン領域の上にある [テンプレートを更新] を選択します。
5. 必要に応じて、テンプレートの名前または説明を編集し、[更新] を選択して変更を保存します。 テンプレートが更新されて変更が反映されます。

テンプレートを昇格または降格する

既定では、カスタム テンプレートを作成すると、そのテンプレートは組織内のすべてのユーザーが利用できます。自分だけが利用できるようにする場合、テンプレートをユーザー レベルに降格できます。再度すべてのユーザーが利用できるようにする場合は、組織レベルに昇格できます。

組織レベルのテンプレートをユーザー レベルに降格するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Studio Web の [テンプレート] ページに移動します。
2. On the template you want to demote, select More actions > Demote to User level. The template is removed from the templates page for all users except you.

ユーザー レベルのテンプレートを組織レベルに昇格するには、以下の手順を実行します。

1. Studio Web の [テンプレート] ページに移動します。
2. On the template you want to promote, select More actions > Promote to Organization level. A duplicate of the template is created and added to the templates page for all the users in the organization, while the user-level template is also preserved.

テンプレートを削除する

1. Studio Web の [テンプレート] ページに移動します。
2. On the template you want to delete, select More actions > Delete, and then select Delete again to confirm. The template is removed from the templates page for all the users to which it was available.
