Guía del usuario de Automation Hub
The Process Repository is the central space in Automation Hub where your organization's business processes are stored and accessible for review.
The Process Repository is available from the Explore menu. It displays all business processes submitted through the Business Process workflow across your tenant. All users can view entries in the repository.
The page is divided into two sections: the Capability map and the Business processes list.
The capability map is a hierarchical view of your organization's business capabilities. It shows what the organization does, independent of how it does it, and structures capabilities into logical levels from high-level domains down to detailed capabilities. Use the capability map to understand how documented business processes are distributed across your organization's capability structure. Select the expand icon to view the capability map in full screen.
The business processes section displays all submitted business process entries as cards. Each card shows the process name, its description, Phase, Status, the name of the Submitter and the main Business area it belongs to. Use the search bar to find a process by name or description. Use Sort to order results, and Filter to narrow results by category, phase, status, workflow type, or submitter's business unit.
For information on submitting a business process, check Submitting a Business Process.
