Automation Hub user guide
Submit a business process to add it to the process repository in Automation Hub.
- You have the Authorized User role or higher.
- At least one workflow in your tenant is configured as a business process workflow by your administrator.

Select Submit new in the Automation Hub header.

On the selection screen, select Business process.

Select the business area and category that apply to your business process.

Select the workflow you want to use. If only one worklow is available for the selected category, it is pre-selected.

Select Next.

Complete the fields on the assessment page.

Select Link to Studio Web.

Note:
Once you link a process in the repository to a solution, by default all users in that group will have read-only access to that solution. If you want to restrict access, you can choose one of the groups in the User group drop-down list.

Select the Studio Web solution to which you want to link your business process.

Select Submit.
Results
The business process is added to the process repository and is visible to all users. You can find your submission under My Submissions - Processes.
The Cost Benefit Analysis page is not available for Business Process entries. The KPIs and cost metrics in that page are designed for RPA-focused automation scenarios and are not applicable to business process documentation.
