Agentic AI Assessment

Automation Hub includes two Agentic AI assessments, each assigned to a different persona:

• Agentic AI Assessment — completed by the Employee as part of the idea submission form when submitting an Agentic AI idea.
• Agentic AI 2.0 Detailed Assessment — completed by the Process Owner after the idea has passed the first approval step. It evaluates the agent's suitability for implementation and computes an idea score.

Agentic AI Assessment

The Agentic AI Assessment is part of the idea submission form. It is completed by the Employee submitting the Agentic AI idea and captures initial information about the proposed agent to support the evaluation process.

Agentic AI 2.0 Detailed Assessment

The Agentic AI 2.0 Detailed Assessment is completed by the Process Owner assigned to the idea and becomes available once the idea has passed the first approval step. The assessment evaluates the agent's suitability for implementation and computes an idea score.

Complete the Agentic AI 2.0 Detailed Assessment

1. Access the Automation Profile in Edit mode.

   You can do this by selecting the link available in the assignment email or by checking for the assigned task in My Tasks Overview.

2. Select the Agentic AI Assessment tab and complete the following sections.

3. Select Save to save your progress.

   Note:

   Saving does not submit the assessment.

4. When you are confident about the completeness and accuracy of the assessment, update the status from View mode to Qualification—Awaiting Review.

Agent Overview

Field	Details
Agent type	Select the type of agent: Autonomous, Conversational, Mixed, or I'm not sure.
How many concurrent users is this conversational agent expected to support?	Select the expected number of concurrent users: 1–25, 26–100, 101–500, or +500.
Is this an enhancement to an existing automation?	Select Yes, No, or I'm not sure.
Describe the agent's role and boundaries	Enter a description of what the agent does and its operational scope.
Which are the knowledge sources the agent uses?	Enter the knowledge sources the agent relies on to perform its tasks.
When should the agent involve a human?	Describe the conditions under which the agent should escalate to a human.
What does success look like with an AI agent?	Describe the expected outcomes and success criteria for the agent.

Assessment

This section helps compute the idea score. For each statement, select your level of agreement: Strongly agree, Agree, Neither disagree or agree, Disagree, Strongly disagree, or I don't know. Each statement also includes an optional comment field.

Statement
The agent's decisions can be based on clear and consistent criteria.
All required inputs are available digitally for the agent to access.
The inputs and supporting materials are mostly structured and consistent.
This process has no expected changes in the next 6 months.

Assessment KPIs

The Idea score is automatically calculated based on your responses in the Assessment section and displayed as a percentage gauge (0–100%).

Misc

The Misc section contains supplementary information about the agentic automation, organized into the following subsections:
