Viewing email notifications

View email notifications about subscribed events, including actionable notifications you can complete directly from your inbox.

View the email notifications that you receive about the events that you are subscribed to.

Context

When an event that you are subscribed to takes place, an email notification is generated and sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

• イベントが発生した対象のサービスとテナントに移動する

アクショナブルな通知を使用すると、Action Center にログインしなくても、受信トレイから直接簡単なタスクをすばやく完了できます。

• アクションを承認する
• アクションを却下する
• アクションにコメントを追加する

Action Center で [タスク全体を表示] を選択して、Action Center ですべてのタスクの詳細にアクセスすることもできます。

アクショナブルな通知を受け取るには、 アプリ タスクの作成時にこのオプションを有効化する必要があります。

前提条件

• Your Organization administrator enables the Enable email notifications option from the Preferences menu, on the Email configuration tab.

手順

1. Check the inbox of the email address where the notifications are sent.

結果

You can read general information about the event that took place, and navigate to the corresponding service and tenant where it took place.
