不具合の同期

Test Manager と外部 ALM ツールとの間で不具合を同期することで、問題追跡システムをテストの実行結果で最新の状態に維持します。

アプリケーション ライフサイクル管理ツールとの連携機能の一部として、実行結果を外部ツールに同期できます。実行中に収集された情報 (結果、ログ、タイムスタンプ、その他の詳細など) は、Test Manager と連携したツールに同期されます。

Context

Only one connection can be enabled for defect synchronization per project.

前提条件

• You have configured a connector in Test Manager. See the available connections in Test Manager.
• You have executed a test set first.
• Your user role is any role aside from Read-only. For more information, see Tenant roles and Project roles.

Creating a defect

不具合を作成するには、[実行] ページでテスト ケースのログにアクセスします。

手順

1. [実行] に移動します。

2. Open a test result and then select the test case key to open the logs.

3. [タスク] を選択して [不具合を作成] を選択します。

結果

The defect is created in the integrated external tool (for example, Atlassian Jira) and linked to the test execution result. You can open the defect directly in the external tool by navigating to the test execution result.

Unlinking a defect

When you unlink defects from an external tool, the entry created in the tool remains unchanged. In Test Manager, the test execution result is not linked with an external tool.

手順

1. [実行] に移動します。
2. Open a test result and then select Tasks.
3. [不具合のリンクを解除] を選択します。

結果

The test execution result is no longer linked to the defect in the external tool.
