The "No available license / Agentic units" error

Solutions for the "No available license / Agentic units" error in Test Manager, caused by a missing add-on or an outdated UI Automation package.

When you try to enable Healing Agent for a test set or execution, Test Manager displays the following error:

No available license / Agentic units to perform healing analysis and recovery

This error has two distinct, unrelated causes.

Missing or unallocated add-on

The tenant does not have the App Test Healing Agent add-on allocated, even if Platform Units are available.

1. Confirm the add-on status. See Verify your Healing Agent license.
2. If Test Heals is 0 or the add-on isn't listed, request the add-on through your UiPath account team.

Outdated UI Automation package

Test Heals requires UI Automation package 25.10.23 or later and Robot 2024.10.x (Enterprise) or later. An older package produces the identical error message even when licensing is correct.

2. Update to 25.10.23 or later if needed.
3. Verify the connected Robot is running 2024.10.x (Enterprise) or later.
