Step 2: Configuring Xray connection

Configure the Xray connection in Test Manager by entering your Jira server details and credentials to sync requirements and test cases.

An Xray connection links a Test Manager project to your Xray for Jira project.

Setting up an Xray connection

The connection is created from Project Settings > Integration, and its API Key is then pasted into the UiPath Test Manager settings of your Jira project.

Context

Xray Server uses a password, while Xray Cloud uses an API token and client credentials.

前提条件

• A Test Manager administrator account.
• For Xray Cloud, a Jira administrator account. You need it to create the API Key that contains the Client Id and Client Secret.

手順

1. Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。

2. プロジェクトを開きます。

3. [プロジェクト設定] > [連携] に移動します。

4. Select New Connection and select XRay from the dropdown to create the connection.

   

5. 次のように設定します。

   • Name: Enter a name for your Xray connection.
   • 説明 (任意): 説明を入力します。
   • サーバー URL: Jira Server の URL をポート番号も含めて入力します。これは、Jira REST API を公開するサーバーの URL です。通常は、ブラウザーで Jira を使用するときにアクセスする URL と同じです。例: https://company-name.atlassian.net。
   • Web URL (任意): サーバーの URL が、Jira のリソースにアクセスするときに使用する Web URL のアドレスと同じアドレスでホストされない場合のために、Web URL を入力します。
   • ユーザー名 - Jira API に対する認証に使用するユーザー名です。
   • パスワード (Xray Server のみ): Jira API に対する認証に使用するパスワードです。
   • プロジェクト キー - 連携するプロジェクトを参照する Jira からのプロジェクト キーを入力します。
   • API トークン (Xray Cloud のみ): API トークンを生成します。Atlassian API トークンについて詳しくは、「Manage API tokens for your Atlassian account (お使いの Atlassian アカウントの API トークンを管理する)」をご覧ください。
   • Client Id (Xray Cloud only): Create an API Key containing a Client Id and Client Secret. Enter the Client Id generated in Jira Software.
   • クライアント シークレット (Xray Cloud のみ): Jira Software で生成されたクライアント シークレットを入力します。

6. Select Save to add the connection.

7. [API キー] をコピーします。

8. Jira を開き、UiPath Test Manager >® [プロジェクト設定] に移動します。

9. プロジェクトの設定を構成し、API キーを [API Key - XRay Integration] フィールドに貼り付けます。

   

結果

Xray for Jira プロジェクトが Test Manager に接続されます。要件とテスト ケースが Xray から Test Manager に同期され、テスト結果と不具合が Test Manager から Xray と Jira に同期されます。

Editing an Xray connection

Editing a connection changes the settings of an existing Xray connection, such as the server URL, credentials, or project key.

前提条件

• A Test Manager administrator account.
• An existing Xray connection.

手順

1. Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。
2. プロジェクトを開きます。
3. [設定] ボタンを選択してプロジェクトの設定を開きます。
4. 連携のリストで Xray 接続を選択し、パネルを展開します。
5. [編集] を選択して接続を設定します。
6. [保存] を選択して確定します。

結果

The Xray connection is updated with the new configuration details.

Deleting an Xray connection

Deleting a connection removes it together with its associated requirements and test cases.

前提条件

An existing Xray connection.

手順

1. Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。
2. プロジェクトを開きます。
3. [設定] ボタンを選択してプロジェクトの設定を開きます。
4. 連携のリストで Xray 接続を選択し、パネルを展開します。
5. [削除] を選択して、接続を削除します。
6. [OK] を選択して確定します。

結果

The Xray connection and its associated requirements and test cases are removed.
