ServiceNow™ と UiPath Test Manager を連携させることで、開発ライフサイクルの全期間にわたり、テストを管理および自動化できます。この連携により、自動化されたテストをアジャイル計画に直接組み込んだり、ServiceNow™ Test Management 2.0 で作成したテスト ケースにオートメーションを直接割り当てたりすることができます。

前提条件

• UiPath Test Manager の管理者アカウント
• UiPath Test Manager Connector。
• Agile Development または Test Management v2 プラグインのいずれかを含む ServiceNow™ アカウント。この連携に両方のプラグインを使用することも可能です。

ServiceNow™ で連携ユーザー アカウントを作成する

新しいユーザー アカウントを作成して特定のロールを割り当て、Test Manager への API 要求を実行します。

1. ServiceNow™ インスタンスにログインします。

2. [組織] > [ユーザー] > [新規] に移動して、UiPath® テスト管理アプリケーション用の新規ユーザーを作成します。

3. 新しいユーザー アカウントを次の条件で設定します。

   • [User ID]、[First name]、[Last name]、[Password] を選択します。
   • ユーザー ID とパスワードは、後ほど使用するので控えておいてください。
   • 連携の動作に必要な [Web services access only] と [Internal Integration User] を選択します。

4. [Roles] タブに移動して [Edit] を選択します。

5. 新規に作成したユーザーに次のロールを割り当てます。

   • import_set_loader
   • import_transformer
   • scrum_admin
   • x_uipa_tm_integrat.admin

   

6. Select Save to return to the user form.

   重要:

   ServiceNow™ で REST API ロールのアクセスを制限するよう設定してある場合は、追加のロールを割り当てる必要があります。たとえば、nc_platform_rest_api_access や rest_service です。

ServiceNow™ 接続を設定する

UiPath® Test Manager で ServiceNow™ 接続を設定します。

1. Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。

2. プロジェクトを開きます。

3. [プロジェクト設定] > [連携] に移動します。

4. Select New Connection and select ServiceNow from the dropdown.

5. 次の接続設定を構成します。

   • 名前: ServiceNow™ 接続の名前を入力します。
   • 説明 (任意): 参考になる説明を入力します。
   • サーバー URL: ServiceNow™ サーバーの URL を追加します。例: https://environment.service-now.com/。
   • ユーザー: 連携ユーザー アカウントに設定したユーザー ID を入力します。
   • パスワード: 対応するパスワードを入力します。
   • 不具合の種類: ドロップダウンから不具合の種類を選択します。現在は、[不具合] のみを選択できます。

   

6. Select the connection to expand the panel and copy the API Key for later use.

7. ServiceNow™ で アプリケーション ナビゲータ ーを開き、検索機能を使用して UiPath® Test Suite Integration を検索します。アプリケーション スコープの切り替えを求められた場合は、現在のスコープを選択します。

8. 以下の連携設定を構成します。

   • Integration URL: UiPath® Test Manager の URL を入力します。
   • API Key: API キーを貼り付けます。
   • Logging level: ドロップダウンから [info] を選択します。既定値は [debug] です。
   • ServiceNow integration user for UiPath® Test Manager: 連携ユーザー アカウントに設定したユーザー ID を入力します。

   

9. [保存] を選択します。

ServiceNow™ 接続を管理する

以下に、ServiceNow^TM 接続を管理するために実行できるアクションのリストを示します。

操作	説明	手順
編集	接続設定を編集します。	Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。 プロジェクトを開きます。 Select the Settings button to open Project Settings. In the Integration list, select a ServiceNow connection to expand the panel. Select Edit to configure the connection. [保存] を選択して確定します。
削除する	選択した接続および関連する要件を削除します。	Test Manager に管理者としてログインします。 プロジェクトを開きます。 Select the Settings button to open Project Settings. In the Integration list, select a ServiceNow connection to expand the panel. Select Delete to remove the connection. Select Ok to confirm.
