カスタム フィールドを作成する

Create a custom field of type Text, Label, or Rich Text and assign it to one or more object types to capture project-specific attributes in Test Manager.

Define extra attributes for requirements, test cases, or test sets under Project Settings > Custom Field Definitions, as Text, Label, or Rich Text fields. Only Administrators can create them, and names are limited to 20 characters.

Context

• カスタム フィールドの名前は最大 20 文字で、一意である必要があります。
• カスタム フィールドは既存のオブジェクトや新規に作成されたオブジェクトに適用されます。

前提条件

• カスタム フィールドを作成、設定できるのは管理者のみです。

手順

1. Test Manager にログインしてプロジェクトを開きます。
2. [プロジェクト設定] > [カスタム フィールドの定義] タブに移動します。
3. [作成] を選択して、次のように設定します。
   • 名前: カスタム フィールドの名前を入力します。
   • 説明 (任意): 参考になる説明を入力します。
   • オブジェクトの種類: 1 つまたは複数のオブジェクトの種類を選択します。
   • Data type: Choose whether to create a Text, Label, or Rich Text type for your custom field. Depending on the type of custom field you choose, the fields where you can input potential values vary:
     • Text 型のカスタム フィールドの場合、カスタム フィールドで取得できるデータを [値のヒント] に入力します。
     • For custom fields of type Label, list the potential values in the Possible values section. To add values, type and press Enter. For example, you can input numerical values such as: 1, 2, 3, if you assess priority.
   • Default Value: Enter a value that is set as default for your object. For example: Medium, as part of a Low to High scale.
4. [保存] を選択して確定します。

オブジェクトに適用したカスタム フィールドは、各オブジェクトの [詳細] タブで確認できます。

カスタム フィールドの有用性を理解するには、リスクの種類を評価し、その判断の根拠となるカスタム フィールドを定義する場合を考えてみるとわかります。そのような場合には、リスクの種類に基づいて特定のオブジェクトを見つけ出し、ラベルを付けることができます。

結果

カスタム フィールドが保存され、指定した種類の既存のオブジェクトと新規に作成されたオブジェクトすべてに適用されます。カスタム フィールドは、各オブジェクトの [詳細] タブに表示されます。
