テスト セットの実行に既定のユーザーを割り当てる

Test Manager で既定のユーザーをテスト セット レベルで設定し、すべての手動実行と保留中の実行に割り当てが自動的に反映されるようにします。

Context

静的に割り当てられたテスト ケースに、テスト セット レベルで既定のユーザー割り当てを設定できます。ユーザーの割り当ては、種類が手動および保留中の実行のすべてのテスト セットの実行に反映されます。種類が自動のテスト セットの実行に反映されません。

• If you set a default user in a test set for statically assigned test cases, the Assignee field of an associated execution is populated automatically with the same user value, for Manual and Pending Execution types. You can manually change the assignee from both a test set or an execution, at any time. You can set only one user per test case in a test set. All licensed users which have the TestSet.Edit permission are eligible for assignment.
• If you set a default user in a test set for statically assigned test cases, the Assignee field of an associated execution is not populated with the user value, for Automated types. You can manually add the assignee of an Automated execution at execution level, at any time.
• 動的割り当てのテスト ケースを作成した場合、[担当者] フィールドは空のままになります。

Complete one of the following procedures, depending on the change you want to make to the user assignments.

Assign users individually

1. [テスト セット] に移動して、テスト セットを開きます。
2. [テスト ケース] タブに移動します。
3. ユーザーを割り当てるテスト ケースを特定します。
4. テスト ケースの行の末尾に移動し、縦方向 3 点リーダー メニューを選択して [割り当て] を選択します。
5. [割り当て] ウィンドウで担当者の名前を入力または検索して、[適用] を選択します。

Remove or change users individually

1. [テスト セット] に移動して、テスト セットを開きます。
2. [テスト ケース] タブに移動します。
3. ユーザーを変更または削除するテスト ケースを特定します。
4. テスト ケースの行の末尾に移動し、縦方向 3 点リーダー メニューを選択して [割り当て] を選択します。
5. In the Assignment window, do one of the following:
   • To remove a user, select Clear assignment.
   • To add or change a user, enter or search for an assignee, and then select Apply.

Assign users in bulk

1. [テスト セット] に移動して、テスト セットを開きます。
2. [テスト ケース] タブに移動します。
3. すべてのテスト ケースを選択します。
4. [割り当て] を選択します。
5. [割り当て] ウィンドウで担当者の名前を入力または検索して、[適用] を選択します。

Remove users in bulk

1. [テスト セット] に移動して、テスト セットを開きます。
2. [テスト ケース] タブに移動します。
3. すべてのテスト ケースを選択します。
4. [ 割り当てをクリア] を選択します。
5. 選択内容を確定します。

結果

The updated user assignments, whether added or cleared, are saved at the test set level and reflected in all associated Manual and Pending Execution type test set executions.
