手動テストでパラメーターを使用する

Reference parameters in manual test steps and override their values across test sets or automated executions.

Use parameters in the steps of a manual test case.

Context

• You can use parameters in manual or automated testing with the default values that you set for each test case. Or you can override the default parameter values for the test cases within a test set. For details, see Overriding parameters.
• 手動テスト用のテスト ケースでは、パラメーターごとに 1 つの既定値のみがサポートされています。1 つの手動テスト用のテスト ケースに複数の値セット (反復処理またはパラメーター テーブル) を定義する組み込みの方法はありません。異なるパラメーター値に対して手動テスト用のテスト ケースを実行するには、別個のテスト セットを作成し、それぞれがパラメーターをそのテスト ケースの異なる値に上書きします。
• During the automated execution of a test set, the Studio arguments from the automation (corresponding to each test case) are automatically applied (as parameters) in Test Manager, at test-set level for each test case added in the test set.
• 自動実行の場合、Studio の引数はテスト セット レベルの [パラメーターを上書き] ビューに表示されます。個々のテスト ケースの [パラメーター] タブには表示されません。このタブは、Test Manager で手動で作成したパラメーター専用です。
• Test Manager のパラメーターは常に String 型です。このため、データが Test Manager から Studio の引数に渡されるのは、その引数も String 型である場合のみです。Studio の引数で異なるデータ型が使用されている場合、名前が一致していても値は渡されません。

注:

Test Manager のパラメーターは、名前が一致していても、Studio の引数に自動的にはマッピングされません。また、テスト セット内のテスト ケース間でグローバル変数が共有されません。引数は Studio で定義され、テスト ケース レベルまたはテスト セット レベルで上書き可能で、テスト ケース間で値を渡すためにサポートされているメカニズムです。Test Manager は、テスト ケース データをテスト セット レベルでネイティブに集計しません。テスト セット レベルのレポートを作成するには、外部レポート ツールを使用します。

手順

1. 新しいテスト ケースを作成します。

2. [手動ステップ] タブに移動して、手動ステップを追加します。

3. To reference parameters in the manual steps, enter their name between double curly brackets. For example, to add the username parameter inside a manual step, reference it as {{username}}.

   

結果

The test case references the parameters you added, and the values are applied when the test case is executed.
