システム メール通知を設定する

メール通知は、パスワードの回復、ライセンス ステータス、製品の更新などのイベントに関するアラートと、ジョブやロボットのアラートなどのリソース固有の通知を提供します。メール通知は、ホストおよび組織の 2 つのレベルで設定できます。ホスト レベルではプラットフォーム内のすべての組織に設定が適用されますが、組織レベルで設定を上書きできます。

To configure email preferences, log in to the host Management portal as a system administrator and navigate to the Global Settings page.

メールの設定

フィールド	説明
SMTP ホスト	SMTP サーバーの IP またはドメインです。
SMTP ドメイン	SMTP サーバーで認証が必要な場合のユーザー名のドメインです。
SMTP ポート	SMTP ポートです。 For example, if you are using a Gmail account to send mail messages and Enable secure connection is selected, the port should be 587. Note that both ports 80 and 587 must be opened during installation for Enable secure connection to work.
SMTP ユーザー名	認証が必要な場合の SMTP サーバーのユーザー名です。たとえば、Gmail メールを使用している場合は、メッセージの送信に使用するメール アドレスをこのフィールドに入力します。 匿名認証を使用する場合、このフィールドは空白のままにできます。
SMTP パスワード	[SMTP ユーザー名] で指定したメール アカウントのパスワードです。 匿名認証を使用する場合、このフィールドは空白のままにできます。
既定の From メール アドレス	システム メール メッセージの送信元メール アドレスです。
既定の From 表示名	システム通知の送信元メール アドレスのカスタム表示名です。

System emails are not sent - SslHandshakeException

For offline installations, if system emails are not sent and you encounter the error SslHandshakeException, make sure that both port 80 and port 587 are opened for the machine.

メールの設定

オプション	説明
セキュリティで保護された接続を有効化	オンにすると接続が保護され、使用する SMTP ドメインに TLS 証明書が必要になります。 オフにすると、接続は保護されません。 注: この設定を機能させるには、インストール時にポート 587 とポート 80 の両方を開く必要があります。

例: SMTP サーバーを Google アカウント用に構成する

Configuring the SMTP Server for a Google account is not very different from any regular configuration. In the host management portal, configure the settings as follows:

• SMTP ホスト: smtp.gmail.com (Google の SMTP サーバー)
• SMTP ポート - 587 (既定の Google SMTP ポート)
• SMTP ユーザー名 - メール メッセージの送信元メール アドレス 例: [e-mail]
• SMTP パスワード - 使用するメール アドレス用のパスワード。[SMTP ユーザー名] フィールドで指定されたアカウントのパスワードである必要があります。
• 既定の From メール アドレス - メール メッセージの送信元メール アドレス。[SMTP ユーザー名] フィールドで使用されたのと同じものである必要があります。この例では [e-mail] です。
• 既定の From 表示名 - メール通知の送信者を受信者に対して表示するときに使用するカスタム名 例: Orchestrator System Notifications

[SMTP ユーザー名] に Google アカウントを指定する場合は、以下のことも行う必要があります。

1. Web ブラウザーを開いて、[SMTP ユーザー名] および [SMTP パスワード] フィールドで使用された認証情報を使用して Google にログインします。
2. Allow Orchestrator to access the account by clicking this link .
3. If the account does not have 2-step verification, then you must allow less secure apps by following this link and turning the Allow less secure apps option to ON.

   この操作によりパスワード リセット要求が正しく処理され、[メール] タブで設定したメール アドレスから、要求を行うユーザーの [ユーザー] ページで設定したメール アドレスに確実に送信されるようになります。
