重要:

When you have received additional roles, you must refresh the Process Mining portal page to access the functions that are available for the new role or roles. For example, when you are a Business user and you now have Developer and/or Administrator rights, you must refresh the Process Mining portal page to see the Admin Console.

同様にロールが取り消された後でも、ユーザーが Process Mining ポータル ページを更新するまでは、使用できなくなったはずの機能が表示される場合があります。

はじめに

UiPath® のメニューで Process Mining を選択すると、Process Mining ポータルが表示されます。最初は、Process Mining ポータルにはウェルカム メッセージが表示され、プロセス アプリは表示されません。

権限に基づいて、新しいプロセス アプリを作成したり、パブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリを使用したりできます。これらのパブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリは、 Process Mining ポータルの [プロセス アプリ] タブに表示されます。

以下で、Process Mining ポータルの各要素について説明します。

プロセス アプリ環境

プロセス アプリには、開発ステージとパブリッシュ済みステージという異なるステージがあります。[プロセス アプリ] タブには、パブリッシュされているアプリのみが表示されます。新しいプロセス アプリを作成すると、そのアプリは開発ステージに入り、アプリがパブリッシュされるまでは [開発] タブでしか利用できません。また、各ステージには独自のデータ セットがあります。これにより、開発者は小さなデータ セットでプロセス アプリを開発できる一方、パブリッシュ済みバージョンのアプリではより大きなデータ セットを使用できます。

ダッシュボードの編集やデータ変換の編集などのプロセス アプリの編集は、開発ステージで発生し、別の環境で行います。 編集内容をテストおよび検証した後、プロセス アプリをパブリッシュ済みステージにパブリッシュできます。 これにより、パブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリに影響を与えることなく、重大な変更の編集とテストを行うことができます。

移行が必要

新しい開発ステージが導入される前に作成されたプロセス アプリの開発環境にアクセスするには、プロセス アプリを移行する必要があります。 これは、アプリケーションのステータス [移行が必要] で示されます。

1. [アプリの移行] を選択して、移行プロセスを開始します。

移行により、開発環境で使用するための個別のデータセットが作成されます。

注:

移行は、パブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリには影響しません。

[プロセス アプリ] タブ

The Process apps tab is the starting point for business users to analyze data using published process apps.

• アクセス権が付与されているすべてのパブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリの概要が表示されます。
• アプリごとに、データのアップロードに最後に成功した日付が表示されます。

You can select the More icon to display a list of available actions for the process app.

注:

アプリに対してお持ちの権限によって、利用可能なアクションがプロセス アプリごとに異なる場合があります。アプリに対する編集権限を持っている場合にのみ、データのアップロードとそれに対応するログに関するステータス メッセージを確認できます。

[開発] タブ

The Development tab is the starting point for app developers to create and publish process apps. The Development tab allows you to:

• すべての作成済みのプロセス アプリとそのステータスの概要を表示できます。
• プロセス アプリに対してアクションを実行できます。

The Development tab provides a separate environment for process apps in development. This allows you to customize your dashboards and edit the transformations without interfering with business users who are working with the published process app.

You can create and edit process apps from the new Development tab in the Process Mining portal. In the development environment you ingest data for the process app that is only used for the process app in development. This development dataset is used for testing the data transformations, it does not affect the data displayed in the dashboards of the published process app.

アプリのプロパティ

Below is a description of the properties of a process app displayed in the Process apps in development list. See also Selecting display columns.

プロパティ	説明
名前	プロセス アプリの名前です。 注: プロセス アプリに対する編集権限を持っている場合は、[名前] を選択してダッシュボード エディターを開き、アプリをカスタマイズできます。
ID	プロセス アプリの ID です。プロセス アプリのデータをアップロードするには、この ID が必要です。
アプリケーションのステータス	プロセス アプリの現在のステータスです。 データ待機中: アプリは作成されましたが、引き続きデータをアップロードする必要があります。 Transforming data: data transformations are running. アプリを作成中: プロセス アプリが作成されています。 アプリを削除中: プロセス アプリが削除されています。 成功: 最後のデータ実行が正常に完了しました。 実行失敗: 最後のデータ実行が正常に終了しませんでした。 移行が必要: 開発環境で使用するには、プロセス アプリを移行する必要があります。

開発データ

パフォーマンス上およびセキュリティ上の理由から、開発やデータ変換のテストには小規模なデータセットを使用することを強くお勧めします。

注:

開発データセットは、データ変換のテストに使用されます。パブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリのダッシュボードに表示されるデータには影響しません。

表示列を選択する

By default, Name, Applications status, Status changed, and Last successful run are displayed for the process apps listed. Follow these steps to change the visible columns.

2	Select the columns you want to display in the Process apps in development list. Note: The Name column cannot be hidden.
